Terms and conditions and information you need to make a booking online
Information
Fredensborg Herrgård is located close to the idyllic Lake Gissen and next to Tobo
Golf Course. The surroundings are typical of real Småland countryside. Rowboats may be
borrowed free of charge and you can play tennis or mini golf, go cycling, & much more.
Families
Entry tickets to Astrid Lindgren’s World as part of a family package need to be collected at our reception. Many of our rooms are relatively small, and can sometimes be a bit cramped when you add a spare bed. For most families, this is normally not a problem, but if you want a bit more living space, give us a call and ask for some more details: +46 (0)492-30600.
Bookings
For practical reasons, an online booking cannot be made any later than two days before your arrival. Not all our rooms are bookable online, so please give us a call if you’re not able to find the accommodation you’re looking for online.
Payments
All online reservations are to be paid for by card directly at the time of booking, whereupon an automatic confirmation is sent to your specified email address. Please, contact us if you have not received any confirmation.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is made earlier than two days before the agreed arrival date, a refund of the full amount will be made less a deduction of 500 SEK. If a cancellation is made later than this, no refund will be made. Any reimbursement will be made to the bank account or the credit card from which payment was made.
